Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are managed by Google Play.

Use Google Play's refund and subscription tools for Android purchases made through Google Play.

When Google approves a refund, the app service should honor the marketplace result and update the related entitlement accordingly.

What to include

If you contact contact@viva-go.com, include the Google Play order ID, purchase date, app account email or identifier, and a short issue summary.

Support will not ask for passwords or full payment card numbers.
